Pasta de Camarones (Prawn Pasta)
Another Cuban Chef inspiration, with some Asian influence – this is a tasty and healthy dish. The prawns are sauteed in butter with lemon juice, red chilli, parsley, garlic, onion and a little soy sauce. Once they’re cooked to perfection – they are mixed with the pasta and drizzled over with a subtle but tasty white wine sauce. A light dish, but still a show stopper !
